Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy At AALI, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations or rescheduling. We are committed to offering flexibility to accommodate our students. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling for our hybrid courses, which include both online and in-person sessions: 1. Cancellation Policy: 1.1. Cancellation Deadlines: - Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled online session without any penalty. 1.2. Cancellation Process: - To cancel a session, students must notify AALI in writing via email or WhatsApp 1 (246) 242-0426 - Cancellations made within the specified deadlines will receive a full refund or credit toward future sessions, as per the student's preference. - Cancellations made after the specified deadlines may not be eligible for a refund. 2. Reschedule Policy: 2.1. Rescheduling Deadlines: - Rescheduling requests can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled online session. 2.2. Reschedule Process: - To reschedule a session, students must notify AALI in writing via email or WhatsApp 1 (246) 242-0426. - Rescheduling requests within the specified deadlines will be accommodated based on availability. - Rescheduling requests made after the specified deadlines may not be guaranteed and are subject to availability. 3. No-Shows: - If a student fails to attend a session without prior notification, it will be considered a no-show. - No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. 4. Exceptions: - AALI may consider exceptions to this policy in cases of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Requests for exceptions should be submitted in writing, along with supporting documentation. 5. Refunds: - Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and in the original form of payment. We encourage students to communicate any cancellations or rescheduling needs promptly to ensure the best possible experience.
