This show what students learn in the Animated Arts Learning Institute course Introduction to 2D Animation in Toon Boom Harmony Premium


This shows what a student needs to achieve in the AALI full time program

 - Students must have 30 credits in order to graduate
 - One (1) credit is worth 16 hours 
 - This 1-year program is a total of 488 hours
 -  Students must attend daily virtual classes

The majority of these hours are used to hone the skills needed to become a competent 2D Animator.

Drawing Tablets such as Wacom Intuos, Huion, XP-Pen, etc. will be a necessary tool to complete some assignments. For animating the mouse can be used.


Students should have access to traditional drawing tools such as sketch/drawing pencils, pens, coloured pencils/pens, sketchpads, notebooks, etc.

There is a screening process to ensure that all system requirements are met.
