SECTION 2 - Staff Development Procedures:

1. Certification from Rule the Room: Train The Trainer  Virtual Training Master Class: All tutors at AALI are required to complete the Train The Trainer  Virtual Training Master Class certification course offered by Rule the Room. This course equips tutors with essential skills and strategies for delivering effective virtual training sessions. Upon successful completion of the certification course, tutors will demonstrate proficiency in virtual classroom management, engaging virtual audiences, and utilizing effective teaching techniques in an online environment.

2. Tutor Onboarding:

As part of their onboarding process, new tutors will undergo training on AALI's Learning Management System (LMS). This training will familiarize tutors with the LMS platform's features, functionalities, and navigation tools, ensuring they are equipped to effectively manage their online courses and interact with students.
Additionally, tutors will receive an orientation to AALI's teaching methodologies, curriculum standards, and expectations for delivering high-quality instruction in 2D Animation courses.

3. Training Programs and Workshops:

AALI will offer a variety of training programs, workshops, seminars, and webinars to address the professional development needs of tutors. These programs may cover topics such as virtual classroom management, engagement strategies for online learning, effective use of animation software, and innovative teaching techniques.

Tutors will have access to ongoing training opportunities to enhance their skills and stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in animation education.

4. Resources and Materials:

AALI will provide tutors with access to relevant resources, materials, and tools to support their professional development, including online tutorials, instructional guides, best practice documents, and recommended readings.
Tutors will have access to a repository of instructional resources and multimedia content to supplement their online courses and enhance the learning experience for students.

5. Mentoring and Coaching:

AALI may offer mentoring and coaching programs to provide tutors with personalized support and guidance in areas such as curriculum development, instructional design, and student engagement strategies.
Experienced tutors or instructional leaders may serve as mentors to new tutors, providing mentorship, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

6. Peer Learning Communities:

AALI will facilitate the formation of peer learning communities where tutors can collaborate, share experiences, and learn from one another. These communities may meet regularly online to discuss challenges, exchange ideas, and explore best practices in teaching 2D Animation.
