Policy Objective

The objective of this policy is to ensure that all AALI students have access to a broad range of support services designed to enhance their academic journey, prepare them for successful careers in the animation industry, and support their personal development.

Scope

This policy applies to all students enrolled at AALI, including those in full-time, part-time, online, and on-campus programs.

Support Services

Academic Advising

AALI will provide personalized academic advising to all students, including guidance on course selection, program requirements, and academic goal setting. Advisors will also offer regular monitoring of students' academic progress and timely interventions as needed.

Career Services

​

AALI is committed to offering career support services, including individualized career planning, resume and portfolio review workshops, interview preparation sessions, job placement assistance, and networking opportunities with industry professionals and alumni.

Technical Support

​

To ensure uninterrupted access to necessary software and tools, AALI will provide on-demand technical support for software and hardware issues, access to troubleshooting guides, and workshops on effective use of animation software.

Financial Aid and Scholarship Guidance

AALI will offer comprehensive financial support and guidance, including information on financial aid options, assistance with financial aid and scholarship applications, financial planning counseling, and flexible payment plans tailored to individual needs.

Library and Research Resources

Students will have access to a vast collection of animation-related resources, including books, journals, online databases, industry publications, research assistance, and workspaces for individual and group study.

Workshops and Seminars

AALI will enrich the learning experience by organizing workshops and seminars on emerging technologies, industry trends, and professional skills. These events will feature guest lectures from industry experts and provide opportunities for students to present their work and receive feedback.

Implementation

The Student Services Department will oversee the implementation and coordination of all student support services. Faculty and staff will be informed about these services and will guide students in accessing the necessary resources.
